KCFX Limited Company Profile.

KCFX Limited, a company founded over 20 years ago, started life providing sound and lighting equipment to some of the main nightclubs throughout the UK.

Over the years as a company we have grown using our experience to specify, quote, install, hire and service a wide range of high quality professional products to meet the customer’s requirements in a plethora of applications from concert to nightclub and from church to bowling alley.

We pride ourselves on the personal approach, with every job being overseen on a personal level to ensuring we understand the client’s requirements fully and making sure their dreams are realised through our work.

Over the years we came to realise that most companies in the sector offered a poor after sales backup service, to end this KCFX Limited developed a service to cover this area giving much needed support and a greater piece of mind to our customers.

Our after sales service is carried out by our own fully trained in-house staff, which cuts down on any un-necessary delays. Ensuring you get you products repaired quickly and efficiently, we also stock many parts thus reducing waiting time for spares to arrive from manufacturers. In the event of a delay we are in the unique position of being able to offer a loan/hire unit of equal or better quality from our extensive hire stock.

We are, as a company, dedicated to complete customer satisfaction and have always been able to attain this through our hands on approach to work.
